INTRO: Illustration: Biggest house in the world!

BODY: God has a house in heaven. Read Hebrews 9:1-9. Verse 9: “it was symbolic…”

  1. This sanctuary/tabernacle was a model of the one in heaven. See: Hebrews 8:1-2.
  2. The purpose of the Sanctuary was:
    (1) For God to dwell among them (Exodus 25:8) and  (2) For God to reveal his plans (Psalm 77:13).

LET’S NOW WALK THROUGH THE SANCTUARY TOGETHER::

  2. Jesus walked from the Sanctuary also
  3. Jesus started from the Most Holy Place to the Courtyard
  4. Jesus grabs your hand through the ANCHOR (Hebrews 6:19-20) and walks you through to the Most Holy Place.

RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH – The only way to overcome your sins is by allowing Jesus to “order your steps” – SEE: Psalm 119:133.
